The Bill (Reg. No.2019) defines normative and methodological approaches to professional personnel training, especially regarding organization and conduct of professional personnel training, enhancement of its scientific and methodological, organizational and informational, and personnel provision. The Bill also defines legal principles of personnel assessment and certification.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy upholds the Bill. A representative of the Ministry commented upon significance of the said Law, since its adoption "will promote enhancement of quality and competitive ability of labour force in Ukraine".
